Josh Nadler is a Los Angeles-based creative, originally from Las Vegas by way of Birmingham, Alabama—equal parts sassy showgirl and aging southern belle.
With a lifelong love for the arts, Josh earned his BA in Stage & Screen before moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film. As an actor, he can be seen in the shorts Socialpath, Bottom, and Insta Empire.
His award-winning script, Good Grief, developed in partnership with SundanceCollab, is the foundation for What About Me?. Moving forward, Josh hopes to continue creating projects that seamlessly blend humor and heart, all told through a queer lens.
He is currently working on his next project Madrigals! a half-hour comedy that’s Game of Thrones meets Glee.

William Lott
Director / Producer
William Lott is a Los Angeles-based director with a deep passion for telling stories from a queer perspective.
He cut his teeth working on hit shows like Fox & Hulu’s American Horror Stories and 911: Lonestar, before diving into the director's chair for the darkly comedic horror short, BOTTOM, now streaming on Dekkoo. Currently, he's in post-production for his next short, NAILS.
With a love for blending dark comedy and horror, William is committed to creating film and television that brings queer voices front and center, no matter the genre.

Michael Thomas
Director of Photography
Michael Elias Thomas is a Los Angeles–based cinematographer with a strong foundation in visual storytelling across narrative, commercial, and music video work. He began his career shooting live performances while studying at the University of Alabama and later earned his MFA in Cinematography from UCLA.

He has worked in both development and post-production, with roles at The Institute and Psychic Bunny, before shifting fully into freelance cinematography. His work is known for its striking composition and collaborative spirit.

Michael’s credits include Riley, The Latent Image, Desert In, First Position and La Voix Humaine with Opera Philadelphia, along with music video and performance projects for artists like Wrabel, Daya, and Buika.

Sam Wasserman
Executive Producer
Sam Wasserman is a Los Angeles-based creative and the founder of the production company Jam & Rosemary.
With a decade-long career in marketing, Sam has worked with powerhouse brands like Nasty Gal and Red Bull, bringing over 1,000 digital campaigns to life.
His work consistently puts creativity and storytelling at the forefront, shaping impactful and innovative content across various platforms.

Alon Borten
Producer
Alon Borten is a Los Angeles-based queer and Jewish artist, originally hailing from Queens, New York.
For over a decade, their work has explored themes of
identity and representation, with exhibitions spanning both photography and film.
In 2017, Alon made their directorial debut with A Prayer, which had its world premiere at Outfest (2018) before making its rounds at Newfest (2018) and the Moscow Jewish Film Festival (2019).
